I use tools from a variety of methodologies to find the right thing to fit your individual needs. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness based therapy, somatic experiencing, and solution-focused brief therapy. My job is to use my training and experience to find what’s right for you. We will manage your anxiety, depression, and stress together so you feel better soon.
My home base is Winston Salem, and I love the city. I spend time walking and hiking, reading new books, and enjoying arts and crafts time at home. I love seeing my family, friends, and of course, my cat Luna.
