I’m Diana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth counseling services for adults across the state of North Carolina. Welcome!
My Specialties
Many people experience times when life feels hard. Are you struggling to get out of bed, engage in activities you used to enjoy, or make meaningful connections with other people? I can help. Using evidenced based practices and supportive counseling, we will work together to improve your everyday life.
Anxiety and Depression
I have years of experience working with families and patients in hospice care at the end of their lives. I understand the weight and emotion of grief and how hard it is to carry alone. I’m here to help you through this difficult time.
Grief and Loss
Having a strong community of people who care for us is critical for our well-being. If you’re struggling to make connections with others, to feel in tune with your partner, or to overcome loneliness, I am here to work with you. Relationship stress can come from romantic, familiar, and platonic relationships, and stress in any of these areas is important to identity.

Why I do what I do:
My work is rooted in my understanding of the importance of social justice and in a recognition of how social factors affect our life. The inequalities in our society have a very real impact on wellness and functioning. It’s important to me that you know that you’re not alone in trying to make sense of these issues and navigate them. You deserve to have a meaningful and fulfilling life. My practice is a safe space, and I welcome you to feel free to be your true self here.
